Counseling Style and Techniques

Mental health counseling is an individualized process, where clients have specific needs and challenges, and treatments provided are individualized to the client.  I offer a warm and empathetic style of support, listening first, and understanding individual unique aspects of your case.  My primary goals are to help empower, offer psychoeducation about mental health and recovery, and to help facilitate progresss towards your personally identified goals.
